RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase, however we do not accept returns on any jewelry. All sales are final on handmade art. If an item is not up to your expectations and you have a concern regarding you purchase, please email us laurengobert11@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving order. 

Although we typically do not accept returns, we will evaluate on a case by case basis. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.  

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom order processing time is at the minimum of 21 days till completion and/or what was discussed between the customer and I. I will attempt to fulfill orders faster than this time, but it may take up to the stated time. Upon creating the customer order, a deposit of half the total is required. Once the deposit and/or total has been collected and/or paid in full, no design changes can be made to the custom order. All custom order sales are final from the collection of the deposit and/or paid full amount, to the start of designing and the finished product. 

SHIPPING

All items that are ready to ship will ship within 1-3 business days.

All US orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and/or USPS Ground Advantage. International packages are shipped via USPS Priority International and/or First Class International depending on weight, destination and/ or preference. 

We will not cover international shipping customs fees. Any customs or VAT fees upon receiving packages from Little Crow Collections will be covered by the customer. 

US Shipping rates are a "flat rate" on all jewelry. International shipping rates will be calculated by destination and weight at checkout. Shipping rates on ALL art is calculated by destination and weight at checkout. During holiday seasons, prices will increase for shipping with USPS. 

A tracking number will be sent to your email upon shipment.

We are not responsible for USPS delays due to covid-19, weather, or holidays.

Please ensure your address is correct in the address line. We are not responsible for packages getting lost due to the wrong address being given to us. 

We are not responsible for lost packages. Once we give the package to the USPS, it is their responsibility to get it to you. Please file a claim with the USPS prior to emailing us about your order. 

We are not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. We package orders with care to ensure no breakage. If a product is damaged, contact me by email Laurengobert11@yahoo.com with a photo and the order number and I will determine if I will replace the product.
